BULLS 85, MAGIC 59:
Carlos Boozer had a game-high 24 points and 13 rebounds as visiting Chicago allowed the fewest points in a regular season game in franchise history.

Tom Thibodeau earned his 100th win as Bulls coach and became the fastest to reach 100 victories in NBA history. He is 100-30 in two seasons in Chicago.

The Bulls were without reigning MVP Derrick Rose for a fourth straight game because of a groin injury. John Lucas, normally Chicago's third-string point guard, scored 20 points off the bench.

Lucas III nailed back-to-back-to-back 3-pointers to close out the first quarter and give the Bulls a 22-14 lead.

Boozer went 7 for 9 from the field and scored 16 first-half points to help Chicago build a 48-33 advantage at the break.

Dwight Howard had 18 points and 12 rebounds for Orlando, which failed to score more than 15 points in three of the four quarters. The Magic shot a miserable 24 for 68 from the field (35.3 percent) in their second straight loss, and third in the last four games.

GAME NOTEBOOK:
The Bulls improved to 10-4 without Rose in the lineup. … Chicago has the most road wins (19) and the best record away from home (19-6) in the NBA. … Howard has 11 double-doubles in 13 career home contests against the Bulls.
