Tim Duncan totaled 23 points and 12 rebounds and Manu Ginobili scored 22 points as the host San Antonio Spurs dominated the fourth quarter en route to a 122-109 victory over the Indiana Pacers in Wednesday's season opener for both clubs.

Tony Parker chipped in 20 points and nine assists and George Hill poured in 16 points off the bench for the Spurs, who made 29-of-36 free throws.

The Spurs were clinging to a 95-93 lead early in the fourth quarter when Ginobili buried a 3-pointer that sparked an 11-0 run. Roy Hibbert snapped the Pacers' drought with a pair of free throws, but Hill responded 20 seconds later with a 3-pointer while being fouled and converted the four-point play.

Hill scored 10 points in the fourth quarter while the Spurs outscored Indiana, 30-20.

Hibbert had 28 points and nine rebounds and Danny Granger added 26 points for the Pacers.
