The Bulls looked like they were in control in the first half, taking a 25-18 lead after one quarter and stretching it to 47-37 at the half.
But the third quarter was a different story as San Antonio came out of the break and ripped off a 27-6 run to take a 64-53 lead. The Spurs ended up outscoring Chicago 37-12 in the third quarter.
The lead grew as large as 83-65 when Richard Jefferson converted a three-point play with 9:32 left.
